How It Works
Six stages take a vehicle requirement from first enquiry to the agreed handover, and at six commercial gates you decide whether to go further. An enquiry starts an assessment: it does not create an order, secure an allocation or reserve vehicles.
Commercial gates
Work moves to the next stage only once the decision at the gate has been made.
G1 · Stage 01
Requirement review
The brief is complete enough to approach suppliers, and the enquiry fits our service.
G2 · Stage 02
Supply and destination assessment
A workable supply route exists for the vehicle and the destination.
G3 · Stage 04
Approved terms
You and the identified seller approve the specification, price, delivery basis and milestones.
G4 · Stage 05
Inspection disposition
Inspected vehicles are accepted, corrected or rejected against the agreed scope.
G5 · Stage 05
Shipment authorization
Shipment is released once the conditions in the purchase agreement are met.
G6 · Stage 06
Handover
Delivery records are reconciled and the aftersales contacts confirmed.
The process in detail
Each stage lists what we need from you, what we do, what you receive, and the decision that closes it.

Roles and counterparties
When we act as coordinator, we do not present ourselves as the seller. The agreements behind a purchase identify the actual counterparties.
Buyer questions
Short answers to the questions business buyers ask before an enquiry. Anything not covered here can go in your enquiry.

We focus on business buyers, including dealers, importers, rental companies and fleet operators. Tell us your business type, destination and purchase requirement so we can assess whether the enquiry fits our service.
Minimum quantities depend on the vehicle, supplier and delivery arrangements. Submit your expected quantity, including any evaluation-unit requirement, and we will assess suitable sourcing options.
Include the brand, model, trim and intended destination in your enquiry. Availability and the appropriate supply route need to be confirmed for that requirement.
Category and model information helps define a procurement enquiry. A vehicle is available for purchase only when its specification, supply status and commercial terms have been confirmed in a written proposal.
The proposal identifies the vehicle specification, quantity, currency, delivery basis, included services, exclusions and validity. Freight, inspection, insurance and destination charges are identified according to the agreed scope.
Inspection arrangements can be included in the procurement scope. The provider, checks, reporting and process for resolving issues are agreed before the inspection is commissioned.
Warranty coverage must be confirmed for the vehicle, destination and intended use. We help clarify the responsible provider, applicable terms and available service arrangements before purchase.
Timing depends on vehicle availability, preparation, required documents, shipping options and destination procedures. The proposal separates estimated procurement, shipment and handover milestones.
The responsible exporter, importer and customs representatives are identified for the transaction. We coordinate the agreed handover; clearance services are included only where expressly arranged with the appropriate provider.
A Canadian enquiry needs an assessment of vehicle eligibility and the applicable import arrangements. Availability in China does not by itself establish Canadian road-use eligibility. We review the proposed route before presenting a supply proposal.
Our role is stated for each engagement. Manufacturer representation or authorization is identified only where there is an applicable appointment. A brand mentioned on this website does not by itself indicate such an appointment.
Service fees, any relevant supplier compensation and transaction payment arrangements are disclosed in the engagement documents. The quote-request form does not collect payment or commit you to an order.
Share your destination, vehicles, quantity and timing. We review the requirement first: an enquiry is not a purchase commitment, and it does not reserve vehicles or create an order.
