These terms apply to your use of kinzmen-int.com, operated by Kinzmen International (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
The site describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or supply vehicles, a quotation, a price or a contract.
Vehicle availability, specifications, export arrangements and destination eligibility are assessed for each enquiry. Manufacturer authorization and warranty coverage are stated only where they are confirmed in writing for the proposed supply.
Sending an enquiry starts a commercial assessment. It does not reserve vehicles, secure an allocation, create a purchase order or commit either of us to a transaction.
Any engagement is agreed separately in writing. That agreement states whom we act for, the work we will do, how we are paid (including any supplier compensation) and who the seller and the exporter are. It takes precedence over anything on this site.
Please give accurate information and share only details you are entitled to share. Do not use the forms for advertising, automated submissions or messages unrelated to an enquiry. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy notice.
We coordinate work that other businesses perform. Vehicles are supplied by their sellers, export formalities are handled by exporters, and inspections, freight and transport are carried out by inspection providers, forwarders and carriers. Each is responsible for its own products and services under its own terms.
Websites of other organizations linked from this site are outside our control. A link does not mean that we endorse them or have a relationship with them.
Our guides are general information, not legal, customs, tax or regulatory advice. Each shows the date it was reviewed. Rules change: check the cited official source, and take professional advice, before relying on a point for a transaction.
The independent research summaries are compiled mainly from public sources. No company named in them has endorsed them, and naming a company does not indicate an affiliation, or a client, partner or representative relationship.
Vehicle makes, models and other names belong to their owners. They appear on this site only to describe research subjects or cited sources.
The photographs are illustrative and used under their photographers’ licences (see the image credits below). They do not show our own premises, stock or operations.
The text and design of this site belong to Kinzmen International. You may print, save and copy the guides and checklists for your own procurement work. Please do not republish them as your own, or present them as our advice on a specific transaction.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
