What the enquiry forms on this website collect, where that information goes, and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

This website is operated by Kinzmen International, a vehicle export and fleet procurement business. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Kinzmen International.
For any question about this notice or about your information, email info@kinzmen-int.com.
This notice covers kinzmen-int.com in English and Chinese, its three enquiry forms — the fleet quote request, the supplier enquiry and the contact form — and emails you send to us directly.
If an enquiry leads to a written agreement, that agreement may set further terms for the information exchanged under it.
Each form asks only for what we need to understand and answer your enquiry. Fields marked as required must be completed; everything else is optional.
Please do not include passwords, bank or payment details, or identity documents in any field. The forms accept text only; there are no file uploads.
When you submit a form, a server function run by Vercel, our website host, checks the entries and sends them as an email to our enquiry inbox in Google Workspace (Gmail). Both steps use encrypted connections: HTTPS from your browser, TLS to Gmail.
Gmail is the only place an enquiry is kept. The website has no database, no customer accounts and no admin pages.
An enquiry counts as sent only once Gmail has accepted it. If sending fails, the page tells you plainly that it was not sent. If our server does not respond in time, the page says that it cannot confirm whether your enquiry arrived. In both cases it offers a pre-filled email you can send yourself, plus a printable summary. We do not store failed attempts.
To prevent abuse, the server function keeps short-lived counters in its memory, based on your network (IP) address and, for acknowledgements, your email address. They last at most 24 hours and are never written to storage. To recognise a retried submission, it also keeps a one-way fingerprint of each sent enquiry, with its reference, in memory for up to 24 hours; this is never written to storage either. Our server logs record the type of event and the enquiry reference, not your name, email address or message. Vercel processes your requests to deliver the site and may keep standard technical logs under its own terms.
After your enquiry has been accepted, we normally send one short acknowledgement email to the address you gave. It is written in the reply language you chose on the quote form (English or Chinese) or, otherwise, in the language of the page you used. It contains fixed text and your reference number only: it never repeats your name, your company or anything you wrote.
We normally send no more than one acknowledgement to the same inbox in 24 hours, so a second enquiry on the same day may not receive one. Occasionally an acknowledgement is not sent at all, for example when our daily sending limit has been reached. The reference shown on screen when your enquiry is sent is your confirmation that it arrived.
If you receive an acknowledgement for an enquiry you did not send, someone may have entered your address by mistake. You can ignore it, or tell us at info@kinzmen-int.com.
We do not use enquiry details for marketing. We have no newsletter, and replying to your enquiry does not add you to any mailing list.
We do not sell personal information.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party scripts. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
The forms keep an unsent draft in your browser’s session storage, so that your progress survives a page reload or a switch between English and Chinese. The draft stays on your device. It is deleted when your enquiry is sent or when you close the tab, and it is no longer used after 24 hours.
Google and Vercel operate internationally, so your information may be processed and stored outside your country, including in the United States.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, as described below. Information that has become part of a contract, or a business record we are required to keep, is kept for as long as that requirement applies.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kinzmen-int.com from the address you used, or quote your reference number, so that we can find your enquiry.
Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection or privacy regulator.
We will update this notice when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
Email us, or use the contact form. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, include your reference number if you have one.
