About

A practical point of coordination for international vehicle procurement.

Kinzmen International focuses on vehicle procurement and export coordination for international business buyers. Our work connects buyer requirements with supplier discussions, specification review and the practical steps involved in cross-border vehicle supply.

The company

A coordination business, built around the buyer’s requirement.

Our service is for international business buyers: dealers and importers, rental companies, corporate fleets, and chauffeur and mobility operators. On the supply side, we welcome discussions with automaker sales teams, authorized distributors and qualified exporters.

Our part is coordination. The vehicles are supplied by the seller, exported by the exporter and moved by the carrier; we keep the requirement, the commercial terms and the responsibilities clear from the first brief to the agreed handover.

Scope

What we do, and what we do not do.

We do

  • Vehicle sourcing & specificationsIdentify suitable vehicle options against your use case, destination and specification requirements.
  • Fleet quotation coordinationRequest supplier offers and compare specifications, delivery assumptions and commercial terms.
  • Purchase coordinationHelp organize the agreed specification, order documentation and delivery milestones.
  • Inspection coordinationArrange an agreed inspection scope through the selected provider before shipment.
  • Export & shipping coordinationCoordinate the relevant exporter, logistics provider and document handover.
  • Aftersales planningClarify warranty applicability, service arrangements and spare-parts requirements for the proposed supply.

We do not

  • Perform inspections, shipping or customs clearance ourselves. The providers selected for the transaction carry out that work; we coordinate the agreed scope.
  • Publish stock lists or prices.A vehicle is available only when its specification, supply status and commercial terms are confirmed in a written proposal.
  • Treat an enquiry as an order. An enquiry does not reserve vehicles or create a purchase order.
  • Present a brand mention as a manufacturer appointment.Manufacturer representation or authorization is stated only where an applicable appointment exists.
  • Describe a vehicle as eligible for a destination before the route is assessed.Eligibility and import arrangements are reviewed for each destination before a supply proposal.

Working principles

Three principles behind every engagement.

  1. Define the requirement clearly.

Destination, intended use, specification, quantity and timing are written down before suppliers are approached, so every offer answers the same brief.

  2. Document the commercial scope.

What is included, excluded, assumed and still open is recorded, so offers can be compared on a consistent basis and decided with the open questions in view.

  3. Identify who is responsible at each stage.

The seller, exporter, inspection provider, carrier and aftersales contacts are named for the transaction, so no one has to infer who does what.

How we work

Our role is stated for each engagement.

A buyer should not have to infer our role from marketing language. Before paid coordination work begins, the engagement documents state it in writing.

  • Inspections, shipping, customs clearance and similar work are performed by third-party providers selected for the transaction. We coordinate the agreed scope and the handover between them.
  • Manufacturer representation or authorization is identified only where there is an applicable appointment. A brand mentioned on this website does not by itself indicate such an appointment.
  • Service fees, any supplier compensation and payment arrangements are disclosed in the engagement documents. The quote-request form does not collect payment or commit you to an order.

Representation
Whether we act for one side or for both.
Counterparties
The actual seller and exporter of the vehicles. When our role is coordination, the purchase documents name them, not us.
